Reservation cancellation policy
High season (from December 23, January, February, July and Easter)
– If the cancellation occurs before 45 days of the deposit, the entire deposit will be refunded less the administrative expenses (5% of the value deposited).
– If the cancellation occurs between 44 and 15 days before the deposit, 50% of the deposit will be charged and the remaining 50% will be charged to future reserves.
– If the cancellation occurs 14 days before the admission, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
Low season
If a reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before the arrival of the passenger, 100% of the reservation will be credited for future visits. After past 72 hours before the arrival of the passenger, the client will lose 50% of the total reservation and the other 50% will remain as a credit for future visits.
Taxes:
In all cases, if the amount has already been invoiced, the final amount minus the value of the sum of the taxes will be refunded.
Within the complex units smoking is not allowed.
The Company does not accept pets.
IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE COMFORT OF OUR GUESTS, ENTRY OF VISITS DURING THE STAY IS NOT PERMITTED.
Limitations on the right of permanence:
The company reserves the right to have him leave CABAÑAS BAHÍAMÍA at any time, using the public force if necessary, to the passenger whose conduct, manner of action, state of health or other serious reasons in the Company’s judgment cause danger or cause inconvenience to the other passengers housed or enjoying the other services given by the company, undermining the normal development of the same, without the right to reimbursement for remaining services not used.
Responsibility:
The Company is not responsible for any fact of the customer, made by a third party for which there is no need to respond or events that occur due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, weather phenomena or acts of nature and other events that may occur outside of control of the same, that occur before, during or after the stay that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Knowledge and acceptance of conditions:
When making the purchase of one of our services, it is automatically established that the client is notified and accepts all the present general conditions, which the Company communicates in detail and clearly.
In case of disagreement with some of the preceding General Conditions, interested parties may withdraw without charge within 24 hours of the service reservation code hired by the Company.
Exceeding this reserve period will be considered firm, implying the acceptance by the interested parties of the full application of the General Conditions and the particular ones.
